About Kristina K

Founding Product Designer at Passes Inc.

Hello,

My name is Kristina Khudiakova. I am an experienced product designer. I'm a public speaker, mentor, and teacher. A little more about me: https://www.xydyakoff.com/

I am a Product Designer with more than 8 years of experience: from working for a fastest growing startup in Miami (founded by Lucy Guo, co-founder of Scale AI), to founding a software development agency and leading the design efforts for many projects in web3 and web2 space.

I am an experienced public speaker and mentor. I've lead many talks at conferences and summits, co-taught at a university, and taught an online design course.

I came to the US as an internaitonal worker with O1 extraordinary ability visa. I can share my experience with navigating the US job market and receiving the O1 talent visa with my design skills and experience.
