Hello! I'm Kriti. I specialize in service design, strategy & user research. Currently, I am working as a Senior Service Designer at IBM, Calgary, Canada.

Over the last 8 years, I have been leveraging my expertise in the banking, tech & healthcare industries to drive value for both the organization and its users.

I have led multiple projects in design research, involving data collection, prototyping, and testing, to deliver solutions that meet the diverse and complex needs of users, businesses, and societies. As a travel nerd, I enjoy observing how people interact, their motivations, and the context in which they do so.
