Kritika is a product leader with 12+ years at tech companies and top management consulting firms. She is passionate about mentoring and helping others accomplish their career goals. Kritika has coached and helped more than 40 candidates from diverse backgrounds break into the tech and management consulting industries. Kritika specializes in coaching candidates to craft responses and deliver stories in the most compelling way. She has also coached candidates on resume development with a focus on big tech PM roles, Linkedin profile reviews, enhancing behavioral stories and delivering them succinctly. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and B.Tech graduate from IIT Kanpur. As a product manager, she is passionate about building and scaling adoption of AI and ML-first Products and actively participates in hackathons to stay up to date on the fast developments in AI, ML, and Intelligent Automation landscape. She has built Data, AI/ML, and SaaS products across e-commerce, healthcare, education and life sciences industries, primarily. She lives with her husband in San Francisco Bay Area currently and has previously lived/worked across China, Singapore, India, and South-east Asia.
