I didn't start out as a designer. I started as a developer, and those years of writing code taught me how products actually get built. Moving into design later taught me how they should feel. That combination still shapes how I work.

Over the past several years I've worked across agencies and startups, leading a design team of 15 and taking products from early concept through shipped software. Along the way I got interested in UX psychology and cognitive science, and that now shapes how I think about design: why people behave the way they do, not just how a screen looks.

I moved from India to the US and rebuilt my design career here from scratch, so I know what it takes to learn a new market and prove yourself again.
