About Krzysztof (Chris) Wasilewski

COO at Intent sp. z o.o.

Hi! I'm Krzysztof — a software delivery leader with 25 years in tech, from writing mobile software in C++/Qt at Nokia to running projects and programs across Europe, Asia, and the US, to serving as COO of a software company for over eight years. Along the way I've been an engineer, a Project Manager, a Program Manager, an Agile coach (PSM I), and an operations leader — so I've sat on pretty much every side of software delivery. I've led multi-site, multinational teams, coached people one-on-one and in groups, and scaled an organization from the inside. I mentor early-career and aspiring Project Managers, and anyone navigating the move from "doing the work" into leading it. Come to me with the real stuff: managing difficult stakeholders, estimates that keep slipping, scope creep, running your first Agile team, or figuring out whether a PM/leadership path is right for you. Sessions are relaxed and practical — bring a concrete situation you're stuck on and we'll work through it together. No lectures, just honest guidance from someone who's made the mistakes already.
