My journey in technology has been about constantly growing beyond the role I was in.
I started my career as a developer and, over the years, moved into solution architecture and technical leadership. I've spent more than 16 years working with enterprise technology, particularly Adobe Experience Manager, APIs, integrations and cloud platforms, across industries including banking, telecom, retail and automotive.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that becoming a senior technologist isn't just about becoming better at technology. It's about learning how to solve the right problems, communicate with different stakeholders, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn complex technical ideas into solutions that businesses can actually use.
I've also experienced the challenges that come with progressing from being a hands-on engineer to a senior architect and leader — figuring out what skills really matter, how to build credibility, how to navigate stakeholders and how to make that next career step.
That's why I want to mentor.
I want to share the things I wish someone had told me earlier in my career and help other engineers and aspiring architects navigate their own journey with more clarity and confidence.
