• Developed and maintained an EC platform with > 6million active users, >1 million orders per day over 8 regions.
• Languages: Python 2 with Django, Golang.
• Techstack: MySQL, TiDB, ElasticSearch. Kafka, RabbitMQ. Memcache, Redis, Codis. Nginx.

• Lead 13 people team with guidance, task distribution, cross-team coordination, and decision making.
• Conduct feasibility studies of proposed new features/projects with product managers, provide technical advice, discuss with multi-parties, and arrange resources of development.
• Design system architecture, initiate technical projects to escalate product qualities, and oversee all accounting projects. Aim for providing robust and reliable services, which has high availability, scalability, flexibility, and high performance.
• Design and execute the whole plan of migrating Databases/API services from monolithic services to microservices.
• Control > 10 core logic of accounting features that have up to 10k QPS per system, e.g. order lifecycle management, seller income calculation, invoice, loan services.

Order Team (was Checkout Team)
• Developed all-in-one Checkout API (a.k.a One Page Checkout) as a pioneer.
• Maintained core features of whole order lifecycles including checkout, logistics, and promotion.
• Implemented big features of checkout that impacted 200M of users, e.g. warehouse checkout, shipping vouchers.
• Abstract duplicated codes, and created many frameworks to simplify code logic and increased maintainability.
• Initiated a translation dispatching system that allowed staff to update translations on production without deployments.

Payment and Logistics
• Integrated with 3rd-party (mainly on payment) including both BE and FE part more than 20 channels.
• Built-up a robust receipt issuing system, and self-motivated assistant tools to manage it.
• Designed and built a new sustainable, and scalable payment system, which included creating flexible fundamental
code structures, setting up SDK and migrating old channels to the new system.

• Research on audio quality assessment, and audio fingerprint by Python

• Develop web backend including notification, user analysis, recommendtaion system

• Responsible for maintaining network services including DNS, Radius, and system monitoring
