SCADpro is the SCAD's in-house boutique design, research and innovation studio, generating new ideas and products for the world's most influential brands.

I help develop, manage, and oversee collaborations for prestigious Fortune 500 names to private and public small-to mid-cap companies including Google, Amazon, Apple, NASA, Deloitte, Delta, BMW, Volvo, Uber, Mayo Clinic, The Home Depot, P&G, Hyundai, Hargrove. Sylvamo and Chick-fil-A across 3 locations: Atlanta, Savannah and Lacoste, France.

I collaborate with deans, chairs, and faculties to incorporate sponsored projects into the curriculum, cultivate relationships with clients, and make sure that the desired results were obtained.

Outcomes include 750+ partnerships, 70+ products launched to market, 8000+ student participants and 300+ students hired by our brand partners.

- Design and implement successful strategies for student recruitment.
- Serve as a mentor for new staff, provide opportunities for professional development, and provide feedback and ideas to higher management on a regular basis.
- Responsible for developing relationships with teachers, students, parents, and guidance counselors to generate interest in SCAD. 
- Recruit strategically within assigned territory (India & S.E.A) by visiting targeted high schools and colleges, hosting information sessions, attending targeted college fairs and conferences, and delivering presentations and workshops.
- Responsible for maintaining a network of approximately 120+ priority high schools & universities, and educational fairs or conferences in assigned territories.
- Conducting appointments with prospective students in India and S.E.A. to discuss their interests, answer questions about the admission process, and highlight opportunities available at SCAD.
