Led design for Compass's CRM platform, the system 340,000 real estate professionals rely on daily to manage their business. Designed AI-powered agentic interfaces that surface high-intent lead signals, helping agents act faster on opportunities. Owned the field mapping system that simplified data migrations for customers. Led the research behind this work and regularly presented findings and design direction to the VP of Product, Head of Design, and CRM Product Director.

Led UX for Me@Walmart, the 4.9-star rated app 1.6 million store associates use to order products for their departments. Owned UX strategy for B2B and consumer-facing financial tools, streamlining invoice-to-payment workflows and reducing friction across the purchasing process. Designed journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals aligned with Walmart's design system and accessibility standards. Facilitated cross-functional design sprints with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction and improve usability for every associate.

Served warehouse workers by building best-in-class supply chain software for raw materials management across facilities nationwide. Designed internal supply chain dashboards and planning tools that improved usability and visibility, generating $2.5M+ in annual savings. Built intuitive interfaces for warehouse and materials management, creating reusable design system components that simplified task execution and sped up development. Applied user research and testing to refine dashboard hierarchies, interaction flows, and information architecture, increasing task clarity and reducing errors.
