I build experiences that allow customers to navigate and understand complex financial products, informed by data and research. 

Collaborate with data analysts, risk, and business stakeholders to translate user research insights and requirements into human-centered, seamless user experiences by crafting user flow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive design prototypes.

Run evaluative usability tests of design prototypes and use existing research and data to surface insights that help solve business and user problems.

Facilitate UX collaboration by proposing new ideas, sharing work early and often, and providing constructive feedback to ensure a cohesive design language.

Advocating for and incorporating best practices for inclusive design.

Lead and support A11Y accessibility evaluations of digital designs and content to ensure it meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.

Using UX research and discovery methods, I collaborated with UX design team to identify opportunities for web-related growth through key enhancements to their website while avoiding a complete website redesign.

Led comprehensive and quick discovery including heuristic analysis, competitive analysis, personas, user journeys to tell story of user issues to client. 

Provided MVP list of key recommendations and enhancements to achieve immediate growth and conversion increase.

Shortcuts Mobile App was designed to create a safer mobile routing and navigation experience for commuters by including accessibility, discoverability and multimodality considerations in the design. Starting with valuable insights from user interviews to understand goals and pain points of multiple users leading to various personas, I created UI wireframes and high fidelity designs that included onboarding and setting options for users.

Led strategy and production planning of digital assets including multimedia material & web design for B2B and B2C customers.

Managed UX team in the end-to-end design of e-commerce website with increased web traffic +20%, sales +15% after launch.

Produced sitemap design and information architecture for B2B e-commerce company website with extensive 300+ product listing. Created  engaging design materials, pitch decks, managing social media content, and produced product demo videos translating business concepts into visually compelling media for over 60 different bicycle brands.

Created system of visuals, video and promotional product to partner with artists through the Cinelli Art Program.

Provided video documentation of BTI's charitable efforts, company narrative and products to increase audience reach via social media channels.

Working with a team in an agile environment, I provided custom survey deliverables based on user-centered process and used data management & analytic tools to transcribe data into reports easily understood by clients.

Assisted in the editorial production of Public Art Review magazine through content design, layout, editing, and recording interviews with national public artists.
