Built out UX team structure (80+) by hiring individual contributors, principles, and directors across eight experience groups. Lead and coach teams of researchers, writers, producers, and designers with a focus on building a culture of transparency, respect, empowerment, and growth focused on the member. Lead team to transform from waterfall to dual track agile, focused on experimentation, user research, co-creation, rapid deployment, and iteration. Deep partnership with product, engineering, clinicians, marketing, and vendors to build full-journey (care to coverage) world-class, healthcare web and mobile application for over 12 million members.

•	𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗫 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗨𝗺𝗽𝗾𝘂𝗮 including CX vision, principles and practices, and moments of truth; design and run large-scale surveys, user interviews, ethnographic studies, panels and workshops to gather and analyze customer data to identify existing pain points and opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce manual back office processes and introduce automation to create business efficiencies and better customer outcomes. 
•	𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗢𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗨𝗺𝗽𝗾𝘂𝗮 to benchmark CX performance including engagement, loyalty benchmarking & drivers, and NPS through large-scale quantitative studies; weave together quantitative and qualitative research to present a wholistic picture of the customer and the business opportunity through infographics, customer journeys, user personas, behavior and business data.
•	𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 with human and AI fueled services, tools and insights to broaden the bank's offering from transactional to value-based service. The app focuses on helping people to live healthier lives through long-term behavior change for the good, while driving acquisition, growing deposits and producing fee income.
•	𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽 that combines personalized financial support and robust mobile banking capabilities into a single banking experience.
•	𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 that optimizes the application process for the customer and the associate to increase digital acquisition, while streamlining the customer journey.
•	𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 including UX & UI designers, service designers, strategists, analysts and writers. Deep collaboration with product managers, architects and engineers to innovate, design features and ship products.

In her role as Creative Director, Kylie served as the creative lead for the Liquid Portland office. She worked collaboratively with the account, production and strategy teams to translate client’s business goals into smart, strategic, and beautiful solutions. She was responsible for overseeing all creative work, as well as managing and nourishing the creative team. She is an experienced presenter and the direct client contact for creative.
