Hi I am Lahar. I am a Ux designer. I have 10 years of hands-on design experience, crafting impactful and user-centered solutions .
I’m a UX Designer driven by empathy and a passion for problem-solving, crafting intuitive experiences that put users first.
I love creating solution that is technically feasible, economically viable and desirable by users.
Currently I am working with Google. I work with Google on Youtube Shopping Team. In Youtube Shopping We are building In-app checkout. My role is to take care of pre-purchase shopping journey. It’s been more than 3.5 yeras I am working with Google.
I started my career as a Graphic Designer with Spice Labs. Later I joined a digital agency. It was a startup but they had big indian fashion brands like Levis, Ritu kumar, Meena Bazar etc. I used to design their websites. Working at a startup gave me the opportunity to be involved in every phase of the product development lifecycle. I led end-to-end projects, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
My interest in UX grew significantly there. I realised design is not something which looks good. It is more about how it works and makes others life easy.
I have also worked with other companies like Sheroes, Baby destination and Simsim. My overall experience is primarily in eCommerce with diverse user segment like Merchants, Creators & Consumers. I have experince with B2B & B2C
Apart from design, I'm a motorcycle rider, fitness enthusiast, and a fashion lover.
