About Lai
iOS Developer / UX Engineer at Arcadis IBI Group
I wear multiple hats as a developer and UX designer, specializing in bridging the gap between design and technology. With experience as a Senior UX Engineer at a unicorn startup, I’ve worked at the intersection of product design and front-end development, turning complex ideas into seamless user experiences.
Navigating this hybrid career path isn’t easy—it’s a journey filled with unique challenges, from breaking into the field to proving the value of design-engineering roles. I’ve been through it, and I’m still on it. Now, I want to help others who share the same ambition.
If you're looking to transition into UX engineering, level up your technical design skills, or simply understand how to collaborate better across design and development teams, I’d love to share my experience and insights with you. Let’s build great things together.
