As a Product Designer and Brand Manager in Balio I have been able to experience all the process of creating a product, we going from absolute uncertainty to launch the first financial social network where people can talk and learn about money without tabus and practise #FinancialNudism. I enjoy be involved in the whole design process from concept to launch in both departments (product and communication) always with the user at the center of both. In my day to day, be responsible of branding as well as designing the product let me to know valuable information about our users. Talking to them and knowing more about their personalities, behavior and problems allowed me to understand and discover their real needs and how these can match with the goals of the company. For that, we work with agile methodologies which allow as to test new features as soon as posible to measure results and avoid wasting resources producing something without value.
