• Influenced stakeholders in achieve the best projects outcomes with presentations, ideation sessions and map opportunities and MVP definitions connecting viability, desirability and feasibility 
• Managed, created all components and maintained a design system from the beginning, designing wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, interactions, animations and technical specifications for native mobile applications and responsive projects,
• Hiring, coaching and mentoring team members, stakeholders and other areas

• Responsible for planning, leading team and execution of research for advanced technologies innovation for the next 10 years (trends, qualitative, quantitative and usability tests),
• Conducting workshops and ideation/brainstorm sessions for innovative solutions, 
• Creating concepts boards and designing service design, prototypes, GUI/UI guidelines for digital product development,
• Design Thinking mentoring for startups, presentation and training of workshops,
• Strongly contribute with others divisions for design evangelization,
• Experience working with mobile applications, wearables, 360 Gear, VR / MR / AR projects and Natural User Experiences.
