My core competencies include creative ideation, journey mapping, creative direction, service design, and UX consultancy. I have a strong ability to translate client requirements into functional features that align with the product roadmap and priorities. I have also been deeply involved in digital transformation projects, where I have facilitated the integration of new technologies for public services and government initiatives. I am passionate about designing solutions that have a positive social impact and that empower users to make better decisions in critical situations.

I have a baby of nine months (20 now!) old so in some calls I might have this tinny little helper with me 🙃

• Conquering Job Interviews (30 min): In these mentorship sessions, gain the skills and confidence to answer challenging questions, demonstrate your expertise, and leave a lasting impression. We'll conduct mock interviews, provide personalized feedback, and equip you with effective interview techniques. Join this mentorship to excel in job interviews and land your desired position.
• Creating your Design Team (30 min): Not sure about which profiles to hire? And where? In this session, I will help you define the roles and profiles based on your business and product needs.
• Give Great Feedback (30 min): In these mentorship sessions, you will learn how to communicate your feedback effectively, practice articulating feedback, and engage in exercises to deliver feedback positively. Additionally, you will gain insights into building trust and fostering successful work relationships.
