Hi everyone!

I'm Laura from Germany and have over 8 years of experience as a Visual, Motion and UX/UI Designer. I'm a constant learner and career switcher, I work remote in the EU bring many insights to those who are looking for the 'How To', be it changing their careers, settinup an 'Action plan', how to work and digital 'nomad':), being a woman in tech and the 'Solo fighter' (the solo UX Designer) in your company, until how to leverage AI tools for UX research, how to conduct user-testing and general portfolio reviews.

I didn’t plan to work in Tech. Tech came to me. I started with a passion for 3D Animation, which I studied at Filmuniversity Berlin. My focus on animation software, especially tools like Adobe and Maya, gradually sparked a true passion for visual design and digital platforms. Over time, as I accumulated years as a Motion & Visual Designer I gained confidence to transition into Product Design and to join a tech company, rapidmail, which is a german B2B SaaS Company for newsletter marketing. I worked my path into EU-wide remote work 5 years ago too. I now bridge the gap between innovation, design and real human needs.
