Hey there! I'm Laurel, a product designer at Classy + GoFundMe. Right now, I'm designing tools that empower non-profits to make meaningful connections with donors. I love the intersection of design and social impact. As part of this work, I've been facilitating remote usability studies, leading design workshops, and helping to make digital products more accessible.

Before transitioning into product design, I designed educational exhibits for museums, science centers, and cultural institutions.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me tending to homegrown Cascade hops, researching my next backpacking trip, or teaching myself how to mend and make clothing.

I've had some wonderful mentors in my career and I'm hoping to give back. I'm open to doing portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and coaching early to mid-career designers.
