About Lauren LoPrete
Senior manager, Design Systems at Dropbox
PLEASE READ: I am only accepting mentorship requests for Design Systems leads and managers at this time. Thank you!
— I have been working on and leading Design Systems teams for the last 5 years. I'm extremely passionate about systems work and the community surrounding it.
I have a design background and am focused on the messy side of systems: process, people, and advocacy. If you are looking for advice on designing a design system, building components, or are looking for any granular feedback on your ui kit or portfolio, I am not a great mentor for you. If you are a design manager or a systems team of 1 trying to get buy-in, improve your advocacy, or having a hard time selling your leaders on the value of design systems, I’d love to help.
