- Entrusted to lead cross-org efforts in design systems and accessibility—guiding how Uber elevates enterprise product experiences through scalable, inclusive foundations
- Support a range of experience levels—partnering with senior ICs leading complex domains while providing hands-on coaching to designers earlier in their careers
- Provide strategic oversight, remove blockers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to amplify design’s impact in technical, matrixed environments
- Contribute hands-on in select initiatives where broader alignment and systems thinking are needed—particularly across desktop design system infrastructure and configuration platform strategy
- Foster a resilient, high-trust team culture rooted in enterprise UX excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous growth

- Led a team of four designers across multiple technical domains, including AI/ML tooling, BLL configuration platform, and product intelligence tools including experimentation
- Enabled empowered ICs to lead within their domains by providing strategic guidance, coaching, feedback, and org-level visibility
- Helped the team navigate complexity and maintain strong alignment across technical stakeholders—including engineering and product leadership
- Support strategic planning and cross-functional alignment for high-impact domains—meeting regularly with senior stakeholders to ensure team initiatives stay aligned with broader platform goals

- Leading a team of three designers who execute all user research, usability testing, user experience design, user interface design, and content enablement activities at the agency.
- Collaborate with the Paragon engineering team to optimize the UX for our CMS admin theme.
- Developed Elevated Third's User Research process, documentation, and strategy for testing post-launch.
- Developed an internship program to help foster new talent and build a hiring pipeline.
- Led and executed the website redesign for the Eating Recovery Center, a nationwide leader in treating eating disorders. The redesign resulted in a 145% increase in phone calls and a 133% increase in contact form submissions, significant due to the notorious difficulty in convincing sufferers to seek help.

- Collaborated with the Paragon and Smart Content engineering teams to optimize the UX for our CMS admin theme and personalization module.
- Led and executed UX and Design for the Human Capital Institute that increased online checkouts by 29% (increased revenue generation) and saw a 10x increase in customer engagement with member portals indicating happier customers who want to use HCI’s services. I also coordinated development activities and QAT across a team of eight on this project, which was the largest in company history.
- Executed a self-driven side project that led to speaking engagements at three conferences (DrupalCamp Colorado, Bay Area Drupal Camp, DrupalCon North America), promoted Elevated Third leading to sales leads and career interest, and influenced the agency’s personalization activities.

- Acted as UX consultant and product owner for a travel & hospitality project for eight months, coordinating a team of 11 developers to execute the second largest project in company history.
- Led the UX and product design on a web application for Firewise that increased new participation by 12% and continued engagement by 34% over a period of four years post-launch. These increases mean that more communities are engaged in wildfire fire prevention activities across the United States, a primary goal of the Firewise program.

Design and project management lead for website, publication, and branding projects. I reworked Anabliss’ approach to project planning by incorporating a two-pronged discovery and implementation process with two phases of estimation. This created a framework for more accurate project estimates and project planning long term.

Design lead for website, publication, and branding projects. I rebranded the Denver Dumb Friends League, developed The Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust brand, and redesigned the Denver Public Schools Parent, Student and Teacher portal.

I influenced the rebrand of Denver Public Schools, rebranded and designed the University of Colorado Denver’s College of Engineering and College of Business bi-annual publications, and developed product packaging for Tewell-Warren.

I influenced the design of conference print collateral for the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) and wrote and designed a brand archetype booklet implemented as a tool to help clients understand brand personalities and self-identify on a spectrum of 16 archetypes.

I asissted with product development and implementation which included research,
concepting, estimating, sourcing, and design. My responsibilities also included print
production, printer maintenance, product photography, and overseeing day-to-day
operations of the department and management of one other department employee.
