I have a passion for people, creativity, & solving real problems. My favourite place to be is connecting with others through conversation. I thrive in a collaborative, self-organizing environment.
My work is rooted in the foundations of psychology, sociology, and philosophy. My career began in clinical work in healthcare (neuropsyhology and mental health), to research & insights in tech, marketing, branding, fintech, and product innovation.
I am currently the Director of Market Research & Customer Insights at a branding studio, and freelance on the side. My work is shifting from UX to service design, and everywhere in between.
I deeply believe in the importance of following your own path, finding your passions, listening to others, and gaining confidence from experiential learning. With all of this, you can put trust in yourself that you know best.
