About Lea Ann Hutter
Creative Leader at Former Senior Director Product Design at LinkedIn
My design career has been a journey from Graphic/Visual Designer to UX/Product Designer to Senior Director to entrepreneur, teacher and conference speaker. I'm happy to share my experience on making the jump from IC to Management, the challenges and joys of hiring, scaling and leading a team, performance management and evaluation, best practices in leading design critiques, cross functional collaboration, creating team OKRs, and overcoming fear of public speaking.
