Experienced CX Strategist, Researcher and Designer - using strategic & empathic skills to craft engaging and intuitive digital products and services and strong leadership to build, guide and nurture design teams.
With 18 years experience working in advertising agencies, design studios and in house e-commerce teams. Originally from the UK, I have worked in London, Cape Town, Austin, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. I've consulted for large corporations as well non profit organisations, ensuring they are understanding their end user and delivering meaningful experiences. I'm currently Global Head of CX at a digital commerce agency working with some of largest retailers in Australia. I built the team and service offering from scratch, turning it into the most profitable divisions within 2 years.
I'm very personable and passionate about connecting with and supporting aspiring practitioners within the industry. I've pretty much experienced all you can within the world of UX with a long and varied career - so hope I can be a supportive mentor that can give you practical advice to get to where you where to be.
