Previously Product Manager (Acting) and Product Ops Specialist in Open Government Products/ GovTech, covering products in HealthTech (Care360, case management system for medical social workers) and ActiveSG (sports facilities and programmes booking system); handled 2 nation-wide launches + corresponding system deprecations in my 2 years in OGP. Also previously founder of GSV Top 200 EduTech startup.
Handled 0 to 1 products in EduTech with minimal resourcing, unhealthy obsession in the education space and my cat, bao.sg. Shipping prototypes weekly just-because. Believes all PMs should be minimally technical enough to independently launch and test prototypes even with zero resourcing and invested enough to be an expert in the space even if one started with no domain expertise.
Self-proclaimed chronic victim of genuinely ridiculous launch timelines (ps this is a joke, right?). Believer of career switching and choosing your own destiny/ deaths. I started my career as an Economics Teacher.
