As a Senior Product Designer at a global marketplace of B2B service providers, my key responsibilities include creating product strategy that translates the goal of our company’s product into a functional user experience, and providing requirements feedback regarding what must be in place for users to achieve their goals. As the product grows and adds more features and functionality, I work to ensure the user experience is intuitive and reduce points of friction. And once a product is mature I help refine the user experience and make the product more efficient.

Took the user-centered design approach to create robust digital marketing tools and retail solutions for clients in the automotive industry.

Led the B2C design efforts for a custom car ordering solution by coordinating development with a 10-person engineering team using the Agile methodology. 

Conducted 5 evaluative tests with 100+ participants and designed a digital retail solution that reduced bounce rate for primary user flow by 30%.

Received the Spotlight Award from the VP of Product Development for leading design work.

Led the redesign of Toni Patisserie’s responsive website and built a new purchasing interface that resonated with the store's existing brand and customer experience.

Built an iOS app where shoppers can use augmented reality to purchase furniture and decor in the comfort of their own homes.

Designed a robust travel information and digital trip planning tool to help travelers create, save, and share their vacations.

Utilized Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to create business models that depicted trends across various distribution channels. 

Gathered information across multiple data sources to arrive at business insights and actionable recommendation to senior management.

Developed new financial planning techniques that increased analytics efficiency by 40%.
