Hello, I'm Leonardo de Oliveira and I lead Design and Digital Product Teams, looking after user-centric and impact driven solutions for the world. I'm passionate about research methodologies, team culture and our contemporary media landscape.

I work with agile teams, leading efforts in design/UX, research, tech and people for positive impact 💛. Some of my current or past roles include: Lead UX Designer, Academic Researcher (Master's Degree - Design), Lecturer, Speaker, Consultant, Manager and Creator.
