Product-focused Senior Manager of Design with 15 years of experience leading the creation of user-centric products across e-commerce and banking giants like Boticário, Magazine Luiza, Netshoes, Itaú, and Bradesco. I'm enthusiastic about creating digital solutions and leading teams through the end-to-end development process. I work closely with Product Manager, Product Owner, Engineering, Business and Marketing teams to continuously improve and innovate digital products that enhance the user experience.
Currently, I lead a high-performing team of 60 design professionals, including product designers, design managers, and design coordinators. This team works across various projects, not only in Brazil but also on digital products for Portugal, the United States, and Latin America.
