I have been working with Design since 2004 and with the Web since 2007, when I had the opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary development teams, using agile methods and co-creation to solve challenging problems.

Currently, my routine consists of using Service Design, helping organizations to see their services from customers' perspective, designing products that balance customer needs and business needs, and creating fluid and quality experiences.

In addition, I love to write about discovery processes and everything related to the design world.
