As a Senior iOS Engineer at Moises AI, my primary responsibility is to develop and maintain the iOS
and iPad apps for our users aimed to empower people's creative potential by using AI to generate stems
separation, beat chords, metronomes, and more.

Collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that our app
meets the needs of our users while also meeting the high standards of performance, reliability, and
security that we demand.

Lead the development of a new version of the app for Apple CarPlay and refactor/create our CI/CD pipelines to speed up the app development.

My responsibilities include mentoring basic and intermediate-level developers, monitoring projects,
reviewing pull requests, and developing new features for projects under analysis.

Through my leadership and guidance, the developers I have mentored have improved their skills and
knowledge, leading to more efficient and effective project development.

My main responsibilities were to build new features for the Checkout and Payment squads and to
maintain iFood's iOS App, which handles more than 70 million orders per month.

To fulfill these responsibilities, I developed and maintained iOS applications using native technologies
like UIKit, studied and implemented SwiftUI with mini-squads, improved a legacy codebase, maximized
test coverage, and refined technical patterns.

Through my efforts, the app was maintained with proper functionality. Industry best practices, Clean
Code, and SOLID principles improved the app's legacy codebase and delivered easy-to-read, highly
reusable code. Furthermore, the maximization of test coverage resulted in reduced bugs and improved
user experience.

Finally, I had the chance to start with mentoring sessions for low/mid-level developers to improve their
skills.

Worked with designers and managers to develop and maintain new features in Sarasa's native iOS consumer app.

Discussed with teammates about architecture improvements and worked with a mono-repo approach. I've also created new frameworks using Carthage and Cocoapods (maintaining already existing internal frameworks) and commonly used 3rd party libs like Lottie, Alamofire, and Firebase.

Improved the app's rating in the app store from 4.3 to 4.8 by actively responding to user feedback and making bug fixes.

Participate directly in the iOS interview process, creating challenges for interviewees and elaborating high-quality questions for the engineers we were looking for.

I have been involved in various projects to maintain and improve the Santander iOS app which serves
millions of users per day.

As a junior iOS Engineer, my primary tasks included maintaining the app, developing new features
using UIKit and Unit tests, implementing beautiful animations with Lottie, and collaborating with other
teams to improve the user experience. I also learned a lot from senior developers.
