About Leonardo Storch

UX Design Lead at MJV Innovation

Currently Senior UX UI Designer at MJV Technology & Innovation. Previously Web Designer Graphic Designer Sr at Ibmec, Web Designer Graphic Designer Freelancer at Midiorama and Web Designer at Simples Comunicação Digital. Studied Bachelor's Degree, Graphic Design, Graduação at Estácio.

I'm Leonardo, a Senior UX/UI Designer based in Lisbon with 20+ years of experience designing digital products for banking, insurance, and telecoms, sectors where complexity is high and the margin for poor UX is zero.

I've led end-to-end design at MJV Technology & Innovation, working on projects for major Portuguese financial institutions, and I'm currently integrating AI tools into my daily workflow.

I can help you with building a portfolio that actually shows your thinking, not just your screens, navigating UX in regulated and complex industries, and using AI to work faster without losing quality.

If you're a junior or mid-level designer trying to grow your craft or figure out your next move, I'm happy to share what I've learned and be honest about what works.
