Leading cross-functional program delivery for LinkedIn's Learning org, with a focus on design operations, team enablement, and scalable systems. Co-lead of the Black by Design ERG.

Embedded across two distinct design teams at Spotify — the Experience Mission, a org of 77 designers supported by 2 DPMs, and the Visual Merchandising team, a smaller 12-person unit focused on how music and content shows up across the platform. Managed programs at both scales, building operational frameworks that improved team capacity, streamlined cross-functional workflows, and kept complex initiatives moving across research, design, and product. Comfortable holding structure in a large, ambiguous org while staying close enough to the work to actually be useful.
