For almost 10 years I've been working alongside design and development teams to improve the UX of their products and websites, applying best practices of UI, accessibility, and usability, doing UX Audits/Reviews, and coordinating designers toward intuitive interfaces.
I have been the head of design in my small but nice design studio for 8 years now, UI Mentor at a UI course for the past 1 year, and trying some startup ideas/projects when I have some free time.
I'm really proud that Nielsen Normal Group (NN/g), a leader in the user experience field, recognized my design studio's qualitative user research work for one of our clients and chose it to feature as a case study in one of their courses.
