What mentees say

“Leti is kind and positive but also realistic, she can made constructive criticism but with empathy and useful advice to improve my portfolio and my job search.”

“Leti is a very good listener, she is smart and knows the design industry. She gave me great feedback and pointed out some useful insights to help me move in my career path. Thank you!”

“I had a great session with Leticia. I listened to her experiences and learned some lessons, specially about one example she gave about "being in the user shoes" but at the same time listening to the stakeholders. It's the constante ballance between the user needs and the business needs. That was valuable to think of! Also, she was very professional, polite and assertive.”
