Over the last four years, I have been the bridge between design & code by designing (and building) design systems for Atlassian & CommSec.
Recently, I've been spending a lot of time working in Figma, building modern Figma libraries and plugins.
I believe design tooling will close the gap between design + code and get the two crafts to collaborate and speak the same language.
Being a hybrid has really helped me stand out within a company or team and it's something I can help shape for your career too. I may also have a few ways to increase productivity too!
