Hi there! I'm Lex. I help people build things (see: communities, podcasts, creative projects, & the occasional vegetable garden).

I've spent the last 8 years in digital marketing and community building across education, tech, arts, and nonprofits—which means I've seen a lot of career pivots, creative blocks, and "I have no idea what I'm doing" moments (including my own).
