I'm a product designer with four years of experience in the industry. I have benefited a lot from ADPList mentors in my career development and job hunt. Last year, I started to mentor junior designers and students who want to get into this field. Through my coaching, I have established a better understanding and my mentoring style. Now, I am eager to pay it forward by becoming a mentor myself on ADPList.
Amidst the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the current layoff trend, I have been able to secure interviews and receive offers from companies such as Workday VNDLY, TikTok, and 3+ companies. These experiences have provided me with invaluable lessons and insights which I am eager to share with my peers. By sharing my stories and key takeaways, I aim to provide guidance and support to help our fellow designers go through similar career transitions or challenges more efficiently.
