Hi! I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 13 years of experience in software engineering.

I started my career in QA Automation, moved into Java backend development, and for the last 7 years I’ve been building distributed systems in Golang. Having changed roles and companies several times, I understand the challenges of career growth, interviews, and building confidence as an engineer.

Mentorship played an important role in helping me regain confidence in my own career. That experience inspired me to found Women in IT Vilnius, a supportive community where women in tech can learn, connect, and grow together. Since then, I’ve been growing the community by organizing technical events, workshops, networking meetups, and engineering book clubs, and now I’d love to support more engineers through mentoring.
