• Led, coached, empowered and grew a team of 6 UX researchers (FTEs).
• Built and executed the UX Research Strategy, covering five user groups and six major product tribes, ensuring the delivery of actionable product insights.
• Represented the UX research team at a high level, collaborating with cross-funtional executive level leads (e.g., Sr. VP and, Sr. Directors of Product).
• Established the Research Ops processes, and sub-team.

• Reported to Optimization Lead in the Netherlands & Head of Strategic Partners in Turkey.
• Key achievement: Optimized Philips Cat pages that resulted in 32% uplift in buy leads in the US.

• Managed all performance marketing activities across 10+ intl markets.
• Improved conversion paths and optimized funnels, resulting in 17% decrease in bounce rate.
• Led A/B tests for online campaigns and websites, achieving 33% growth EU.
• Led a team of 5 FTEs.

As the largest global e-commerce company in Istanbul for the travel industry, Otel.com has up to 2M monthly unique global users and over 2M members.

• Managed all digital marketing activities in markets representing 65% of TTV.
• Planned strategic marketing campaigns and took full responsibility for allocating a €12M budget across marketing channels as in META, SEM, SEO, Social Media Ads, Display Ads, Mobile Apps, and Affiliate marketing.
• Led a team of 6 FTEs.

• Conducted market research and benchmarking projects to integrate the latest UX trends to optimize products and mobile apps.
• Led and executed landing page optimization, personalization, usability, and A/B test projects.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, project management & IT teams. Created PRDs, and performed the QA in test & live production environments.
