• Worked as a product owner with a strong UX focus in agile teams creating global internal solutions for event management, interactive manuals creation.
• Main focus - redesign/optimise outdated processes and solutions, bring innovation, enhance efficiency, encourage knowledge sharing, generate savings. 
• As a product owner, participated in MVP development, service roll-out, and scale-up, by guaranteeing clear product backlog, compliance, data privacy, security, export control, always advocating for user experience as a major factor of any solution.
• Supported the Master Data team in developing a new corporate master data tool with an improved matching logic and manual maintenance process design. Coordinated the design thinking workshop, functional testing and UAT for the Pega frontend implementation.

• Mapped the NPS data to the customer journey and reported globally the results on a quarterly basis to the management team with the goal to improve the onsite customer experience in the clubs across Europe.
• Coordinated the preparation for launch of the new multilanguage websites (UX improvements, SEO, content management, testing).

• Redesigned and optimized product pages supporting the development of online assisted
purchase tools in all the digital channels and gadgets (kiosks).
• Analyzed users shopping behavior in order to improve the conversion rate and other key
metrics, adjusting SEO and Search in order to fulfil user needs and guarantee outstanding
page performance, quality and user experience.

• Elaborated the annual marketing plan with a focus on the digital strategy (including SEO, search, email marketing), built a community of prospects and partners (lawyers, family offices, academics, etc.).
• Organized press-events.
• Designed and produced marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, merchandising.

• As a part of the EMEA e-business team, elaborated and implemented the digital strategy, campaigns and worked on improving online image for John Deere Russia, managing various web-platforms (including website, social media, intranet, etc.), working closely marketing, sales, training, after-sales service departments, as well as directly with dealers and customers, leads and prospects, and representing the client's interests within the creative team in the agency.• Worked on the continuous quality improvement of the website content, visual components, SEO, navigation, search, continuously measuring, and analyzing KPIs.
