Activation and Verticals in Facebook Messenger

• Optimize designs and processes for CRM and internal engagement tool channels by building design templates and evaluating workflow improvements.
• Innovate web UI tool improvements to increase internal tool adoption and efficiency for campaigns and feature launches.

• Actively online taught UX and UI foundations with personal expertise for up
to 22 students to transform their careers through a 10 week full time immersive

• Prepared and adapted lessons with co-leads and instructional associates based off of the
latest digital design trends and students’ interests.

• Redesigned Flex's main e-commerce website to be built by engineers within 3 months.
• Built an extensive design system for designers to quickly build and easily adapt with engineers.
• Increased completion rates on our DTC quiz with an increase in disc sales.

Co-managed the development of Napa Farms’s bar and restaurant’s interior renovation in Boston Logan Airport to fulfill airport standards and client needs.

- Developed technical drawings for bay area residences while coordinating with manufacturers to fulfill clients budget, style, and LEED concerns. 
- Designed promotional booklets for firm to present to potential clients.
