Improving design skills

I worked at Gallagher Communication as a UI Designer. I designed and developed pages for a wellbeing website using the agile methodology in a 2-week sprint format.

My key responsibilities were to create and refine several pages, wireframing pages to establish hierarchy and page flow, carry out design reviews with the developers to ensure the site reflected the current design, as well as creating a fully functioning prototype in Invision. This prototype was then used as a demo to present to key stakeholders to gather feedback and amends for each sprint going forward.

My duties at Gravity Global included: responsive web design, user interface design, website and mobile application journeys and digital campaign production. I also contributed towards creating concepts for pitch work, designing for social media and storyboarding for videos and banners.

I worked with several clients during my time at Gravity; this includes Sage, Santander, Embraer, Tobago Tourism and Janus Henderson.

Clients contracted with includes: Cath Kidston, Moss Bros, Revere, Gravity Global, KHWS and Oliver. Responsibilities held while at these agencies involved email design and build, social media campaigns, UI/UX Design, user journey flows, wireframing and concepts for pitch work.

As a front-end designer at Twogether, I helped create digital campaigns for large scale clients while pushing the creative to the limit that helps engage the core target markets.

I was responsible for designing for landing pages, emails, web banners, wireframing and creative concepts for pitches as well as other digital supporting assets. I regularly worked on large scale digital campaigns alongside art directors, copywriters, and developers.

The clients I designed for included Lenovo, KPMG, Microsoft, Intuit and Motorola.
