Hi! I'm Lily, a passionate product designer with over 5 years of experience in the field. My journey into product design began during an internship at a psychology lab in university, where I witnessed the profound impact human-centered design can have on real-world problems. This experience ignited my love for design, where critical problem-solving and creativity converge.
Currently, I specialize in designing intricate fintech products at a consultancy. I have led and supported various projects where I skillfully navigate the balance between user needs, business objectives, and practical constraints.
My skill set extends across various domains, including UX Design, UI/Visual Design, and Consulting. I have experience as a Design Ops Manager for a team of 15-20 designers, where I was in charge of crafting the culture, growth and development journey for designers at the company.
