About Limin Zheng

Product Designer at Alibaba

I’m Limin, a former product designer and product manager now transitioning into independent building with AI. After 10+ years across tech, crypto, and financial services, I’m currently building my own products as an indie builder — with one product already live and more in progress.

I also write on Substack about independent building, AI-assisted work, product thinking, and career transition, including my series Indie Notes. My work now sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX thinking, no/low-code experimentation, and solo building.

I can support mentees with product thinking, UX strategy, career transitions, AI-assisted building, no/low-code MVPs, and turning vague ideas into clearer product directions or small experiments they can actually ship.

I’m applying as a mentor because I believe useful mentorship is not about giving generic advice, but helping people see their situation more clearly and make grounded next moves.
