Founded in June 2020, Digital Marketing Think Tank (DMTT) is a global community empowering personal and business growth through digital marketing. We are building a marketing think tank by forming a supporting system for people from diverse backgrounds and sharing cutting-edge marketing trends and practical marketing knowledge.

Hosted weekly public events on various topics on Marketing, Product Management and Digital Media, and many more. As of May 2021, we have attracted more than 2000 members to join our community and we are always actively looking for great speakers to participate in our weekly event on various topics related to marketing and digital media.

•	Focus on optimizing CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margin, and other KPIs
•	Own budget planning process, revenue forecast and performance metrics across all marketing channels
•	Own data pipelines; Design and maintain dashboards and perform ongoing ad-hoc analyses for executives and 4 cross-functional teams; Automate reports using SQL and Looker to increase efficiency
•	Partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Managers and Engineers to deliver insights to make data-driven decisions

•	Established the data strategy for product analytics and audience data monetization
•	Designed and tracked KPIs for 4 products by analyzing large datasets using SQL, Hive, and Python
•	Led the internal product analytics and optimization processes by catering to various stakeholders’ business needs
•	Identified new monetization opportunity by conducting quantitative experiments on bid stream and audience data

•	Subject matter expert on social listening solution’s design and implementation for global or complex organizations
•	Led a team of 6 analysts in Professional Services in North America, in charge of hiring, onboarding process and career development plan for the analysts
•	Worked closely with EMEA analyst team, Project Management and Customer Success functions to track team utilization and efficiency
•	Improved the onboarding process for new hires: designed and implemented a formal training program for the newly joined analysts

•	Lead analyst on Tier 1 clients of combined MRR $75k+ across technology, finance and FMCG industries; 
•	Optimized clients’ social strategy and marketing campaigns by marrying social data with other digital channels and sales data
•	Built complex demos for 6 global deal opportunities
•	Established “ExpertBuilt” to showcase core business use cases of Brandwatch products and to accelerate sales demo process
•	Partnered with internal Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns in order to attract high profile prospects

•	Built queries and created visual dashboards & social command centers utilizing the Brandwatch platform to gather clean data, analyze patterns and trends, and present actionable insights to Fortune 500 clients
•	Implemented Python scripts to accelerate client project completion time
•	Proposed and delivered innovative ad hoc analyses on digital that allow clients to roll out Brandwatch suite on a global scale
•	Created and managed an internal “Product New Feature Guide” that translates technical concepts into non-technical and high business-value language

- Designed qualitative and quantitative market research to help SME clients with their new products’ positioning
- Updated marketing performance reports and created well-formatted presentations for regular client meetings
- Managed clients’ email lists and Google AdWords accounts in accordance with their marketing campaigns
