A self-motivated entrepreneur who has been in marketing, photography and subsequently in advertising. Confident and resourceful, I started the agency more than a decade ago. 

Applying my logical and methodical approach to TILT, I have implemented new workflows and demanded high commitment and performance both in service and quality standards from the people I have worked with. My effervescent and straight-talk personality has rubbed off the agency people and is appreciated by clients.

I enjoy multi-tasking and often wears multiple hats simultaneously. Getting to the grind of things and often seen sitting in for the internal reviews to offer my insights is something that I have brought to the team. Never losing sight of the big picture person, I appreciate talent and enjoys a great conversation.

My key responsibilities include business development, managing business processes and setting strategic vision for the agency. 

Having managed up to 30 pax, I have won and managed integrated campaigns such as SkillsFuture Credit nationwide campaign, Sharity Outreach Programme, SCDF recruitment campaign, Home Sweep Home 2017, Bare Your Sole 2016 amongst others.

I have also led the team in winning projects in communication materials such as HPB Annual Report 2015-2017, HSA Annual Report 2014-2016, Judiciary Courts Annual Report 2017/2018, TAFEP Annual Report 2017/2018 amongst others. In an average year, I win and manage 10-12 annual reports.

My biggest achievement made was how I overturned a bad business decision that resulted in a loss of $250k into a profit of $250k within a financial year. 

I am also in charge of developing the training programmes and training for any hires.

Being strategic is a must. Maintaining balance (between art and business) is a craft. Appreciating your band of brothers is a given. This is my blueprint for success over the years. Hit me up over a cup of coffee and I'm always happy to share.

After graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering, I started my career in Republic Polytechnic working in the Office of Corporate Communications. 

With a flair in the advertising and promotion industry and intimate knowledge of the various media forms, I was placed in charged of various major projects, from the conceptualizing to implementation of all marketing communication efforts, ranging from interactive, broadcast to print media.

With my prior experience in photography, I also single-handedly built up the stock photography library for Republic Polytechnic through the photographs which I took. At last count, I accounted for about 40,000 photographs in the stock photography library during my period of work there.

I was promoted quickly and rotated to a new position to write policies for the Alumni Office and to draft a 10-year action plan to ensure that the first batch of graduates will remain as active alumni.

It was during this period where I was leading a team of 4 pax and ensuring that the targets are met by the individuals and are constantly aligned to the targets set by Republic Polytechnic.
