My work moves between discovery and evaluative research, using mixed methods to inform product decisions and partnering with Brand Marketing to bring user insight into campaigns and positioning. I also help shape the international research roadmap and contribute to Research Ops, making our practice more scalable and easier for non-researchers to use.


Leading the implementation of mixed-method research strategies to drive product development and enhancement based on comprehensive user insights.
