I lead the experiences team, where I ensure to measure subscribers' satisfaction with their news plans, whether it's digital content or the print newspaper. I create service experiences as well as improvements in the purchasing platform and subscription management. I map the entire journey of a novice reader to the most knowledgeable ones with well-developed reading habits.

I was in charge of 2 projects. One was about creating a new service like a 'free trial,' where I was able to develop skills to build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and ensure the user experience. The other project involved ensuring the digital purchase of health insurance through an e-commerce channel and identifying improvements that could be implemented to streamline the purchasing process."
