As an expert in Service Design, UX Design and Research I offer a variety of services from defining and implementing UX strategy, setting up teams for success, leadership and mentorship, design thinking and facilitation and building inclusive teams. I'm especially passionate about using my skills to help design inclusive services.

I was responsible for the UX strategy for TalkTalk, working to ensure the customer's needs are the primary focus of the products the team develops. 

I improved the eNPS score from -80 to +60 by focusing on the team culture, defining a new strategy and implementing it. This helped to improve collaboration, increased the reputation of the team, and increased the NPS score by 20 points as the quality of the team's output improved. I also increased the team's size from 6 permanent staff to 12.

Leading across the end-to-end delivery of the customer journey, I facilitated design thinking workshops that enabled the team to identify core customer problems based on customer and market research and implemented the double diamond process to solve business problems in a customer-centric way. Leading a team of 2 UX designers and a UX researcher I ensured that research informed the work upfront and ensured that regular usability testing took place to validate the concepts designed. I lead the work on reimagining the sales journey and delivered an uplift from -16 NPS to +6. This work has informed 2 years’ worth of Sales strategy roadmaps.

UX Designer and Researcher on an NPD squad tasked with creating a digital-first end-to-end car rental service that enables customers to pick up a car without visiting the desk. As the only UX practitioner on the
team, I was responsible for designing and testing the end-to-end journey.

Embedded in an agile team to help deliver projects such as BBC Sports Rio Olypics, BBC Sports Personas, CBBC's apps, BBC iWonder and Terrific Scientific - a school programme to engage young girls in science from an early age.

I worked closely with the client to deliver customer-centric solutions that served business needs. This included attending client meetings, understanding their needs, mapping end-to-end journeys and information architecture, prototyping and supporting with dev handover.

I worked with a team of designers and developers to ensure that key findings from user research were
adhered to during the whole web development process. User research involved carrying out remote surveys,
card sorting, heuristic reports, stakeholder workshops, user testing sessions, requirement gathering and
developing user personas.
