- Define and communicate the design vision, aligning it with the product roadmap and ensuring consistency with brand identity and business objectives.
- Work within the company brand (Director of product & Product team) to design language guidelines to create layouts then ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests, leveraging findings to refine designs and improve product performance.

- Creating user interface designs for applications, including the development of prototypes for testing with users
- Working with a team of designers to create new products or improve existing products based on research findings and consumer feedback

- Working with developers to ensure that designs can be implemented effectively in code
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop brand guidelines for logos and colors to ensure that designs are consistent with company standards

- Conducting competitive analysis of existing products in the marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring that designs meet industry standards for usability, durability, and appearance

- Oversee and contribute a visual design for social, print, and digital channels

· Work closely with Marketing team to design and produce digital, including marketing website, infographics, emails, postcards, newsletters, and print collateral.
· Create visual designs with strong typography and iconography, as well as strong and unique branding.
· Actively participate in frequent design reviews; give and receive effective, thoughtful critique; and understand when and how to incorporate feedback into designs.
· Communicate interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels in the organization.
· Establish a strong design culture by collaborating with members of multidisciplinary teams and advocating for users and user-centered design practices.
· Stay on top of digital trends, industry benchmarks and innovation in design practices.

· Lead website design updates—including new landing pages and product pages—in coordination with development team, demand generation team and content writers
· Strategize campaign look and feel based on program goals for multi-channel programs
· Actively contribute to overall departmental strategy through a design lens
· Lead quarterly audits of designs in-market
· Collaborate on video production projects and manage brand identity compliance· Manage video projects with vendors or internal resources
· Collaborate with content writers to create moving stories and presentations that increase conversion at all funnel stages
· Design and refresh icon sets and design elements across all channels, including display and social media advertising
· Own look and feel of INAP sponsored events, including corporate and channel/technology partner events
· Analyze asset usage and report on design best practice findings
