Responsible for the IABM Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) as well as for the high-level management of all the knowledge IABM possesses.

Managing the IABM Business Intelligence Unit (BIU). Working on the expansion of our offering.

•	BIU manages all stages of research in-house: from data manipulation to production and delivery

•	Research based on a variety of sources including interviews, surveys, financial data etc.

•	Research focused on the business of media technology - reports on Cloud, AI/ML etc.

•	Rolled out a range of new reports, including IABM Special Reports at IBC and NAB Show

•	Delivering presentations at industry events to executive audiences (IBC, NAB Show etc.)

•	Responding to customer enquiries with commentary about market conditions

•	Using a mixed range of software tools to deliver an optimal service to members

Oversaw the restructuring and expansion of the full range of reports to deliver more focused, highly actionable business intelligence to IABM members.

Worked on a wide range of reports, including:

•IABM Industry Index: Compiling quantitative sector financial performance information that is derived from data collected. 

•IABM Benchmark Report: Compiling aggregated quantitative sector financial ratio and management performance data.

•IABM Industry Trends Survey: Designing, delivering and analysing qualitative “C” level surveys to provide deeper and comparative analysis to support, validate and extend the conclusions above.

•Aggregating and synthesising the data from the above activities to provide a capability to deliver analysis and commentary to dimension, promote and represent the sector and the industry.

•Ensured that invoices/payments were processed accurately and timely.

•Worked with vendors, customers, and colleagues to resolve inquiries and issues.

•Reviewed and process employee expense reports.

•Maintained compliance with accounting/auditing policies and procedures and local laws and regulations.

•Performed account reconciliations, resolving open items and creating applicable journal entries.

•Compiled VAT filings.

•	Took part in realisation of marketing and communication projects for local businesses.

•	Worked in a small team composed by both marketing experts and creative artists.
